At Naseem Perfume, we want you to be completely enchanted by your fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, sealed packaging; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products where the protective seal has been broken.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is securely padded.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
